  • We do not ship orders or respond to customer emails during non-business hours.
  • If you would like to save on shipping and visit our warehouse, we do accept orders at our location!
  • Please do not send any returns to our address without following our Return Policy. 

 

Track Your Order

To track your order, please visit the USPS website and paste your tracking number that was emailed to you upon shipment.

 

How do I find the right size? / How do sizes run? / My shirt is too small

For Women: Women's t-shirts run VERY small. If you are in between sizes, we recommend going up a size or two. Please read product descriptions and view size charts carefully before placing an order. 

If you like your t-shirts looser fitting, we suggest ordering a men's style t-shirt (since they are unisex). Long sleeves, hoodies and sweatshirts run more true to size. Most apparel is made with the clothing brand Next Level Apparel or Gildan. If you would like a made-to-order shirt on a different apparel brand, just let us know before placing an order.

We place several warnings on the website of the smaller fitting sizes and we are not liable to return/exchange an order due to lack of reading the information we provide. If you must exchange the tee, we charge a $5 restocking fee. Please follow our Return Policy and enclose the money with a note and your order information to our address. 

For Men: Men's apparel runs true to size. The t-shirts and tank-tops have more of a fitted look (tighter), so if you enjoy your t-shirts to feel lose we recommend going up a size. We also suggest going up a size in sweatshirts and hoodies if you prefer a more baggy look. Most apparel is made with the clothing brand Next Level Apparel or Gildan.

 

When will my order ship?

Most ordered are shipped within 1-2 business days. However, some items we sell are made-to-order and require time for production. We aim to still get these orders out within a few business days but this could result in a longer wait time. All customers receive an email upon shipment, so please check your spam folder if you did not see that we shipped out your order. In the rare case that it has been over two weeks and you have no update, please contact us immediately and we will clear up any issue you might have.

Please allow time for the post office to pick up the package upon shipment notification. There will be no updates until USPS scans your package in their system. If you receive a shipment notification and do not receive an update after two business days, feel free to contact us.

 

Why was my order canceled?

Due to high traffic, occasionally items may be sold before our web store inventory can be adjusted. Full refunds will be issued for items we cannot fulfill. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

 

Delivery Information & Shipment Issues (Domestic / U.S.)

All domestic orders are shipped via USPS. Most deliveries take 1-3 business days when USPS collects and scans the package (see above). However, depending on the volume of orders they experience, it may take additional time for them to get the package to you.

If you are having shipment problems, please contact your local post office for the best solution. USPS accepts responsibility of delivery, so they can better serve you with any information you may need. Please note that it is agreed upon at checkout that you let USPS handle the shipment (via the stated shipping policy). We are not involved in the delivery process.

USPS delivers to your area on a daily basis and GPS tracks all packages. If the issue cannot be sorted out with them, there is little we are able to do. We do not provide a refund if there is any sort of error. We also have no way to provide you with order status or details.

 

Delivery Information & Shipment Issues (International / Outside U.S.)

Hardcore Italians is proud to offer worldwide shipping with USPS.

Orders sent from the United States out to other countries typically arrive in 5-10 business days. However, USPS states that the time to receive these orders vary. This is due to customs and volume of orders they experience  We do see it occasionally taking 2/3 weeks to receive an order.

In the rare case that you do not receive an order after one months time, you can file a claim with USPS for a lost item. If you need help with this process, we can walk you through the steps if you reach out to us. We are not liable to refund your purchase unless USPS officially marks the package as lost or we get the package back in the mail.

Note that your post office may charge you additional fees depending on the value and weight of the postage on your order. It is unpredictable on our end to know if your post office charges any fees and we are not liable to pay them. Also note that we are not the ones responsible for this extra charge, so please do not be angry with us. If you do not accept the charge and the product is sent back to us, the cost of shipping is not refunded. To prevent this happening with your order, we ask that you please check with your local customs office for further information. 

Please keep in mind that all prices on the website are in USD. Exchange rates should be calculated on the customers end before any order is placed.

 

Why can I not return/exchange my order? / Return denial

For Hardcore Italians to bring you more color, clothing and design options we produce some of our products upon order. We do not keep these items in stock. When we receive the order, we carry it out specifically for you. You select specific sizing, color options, product type, design, etc. to your needs. The chances of somebody else wanting an order that was made to your specific needs is very rare.

For us to accept these returns, we would have very limited product selection. We aim to have a wide selection of designs so more people can represent their heritage every day! We take great pride in our mission statement do not want to go against it.

If a product is sent to us and does not meet our policy requirements, the return/exchange will be denied. Package will be marked Return To Sender and your account will not be credited. If you are unsure about the policies, please contact us before placing an order.

 

When will products be restocked?

At this point in time, we cannot predict when or if products will be restocked. As a new and blossoming company we will try to restock the most desired products but also seek to improve and innovate new products for you on a consistent basis. Thank you for your understanding!
